19 month old Tylea Moore was punched in the face and stomped to death before being buried under a bridge in her diaper by her mother’s boyfriend Joshua Beard. Tylea Moore's brutalized body was discovered buried under a bridge in Springtown, Texas, wrapped in a blanket. 17 year old Alexis Botello claimed her daughter Tylea was missing but later admitted that her boyfriend brutally murdered her and detailed how she helped hide her daughter’s tiny body.

 

Botello claimed that her boyfriend “didn’t mean to do it” and that she desperately tried to stop him after he flipped out. Beard was yelling at Tylea and pushed her to the floor. She said she screamed at Beard to stop, but the brute continued to pound on helpless Tylea, calling her a “little demon.” He even Tylea several times. Beard tossed Tylea on a bed so hard during the vicious attack that she hit the floor, where Beard stomped her in the stomach repeatedly until she vomited 'green stuff,”and  stopped breathing. The couple did try to resuscitate battered Tylea, but were not successful.

 

Botello told investigators that she placed Tylea’s body in the trunk of her car before the couple drove to a Walmart, where they bought gloves and two shovels. The couple drove about 30 miles west of Fort Worth to a secluded intersection in Springtown and buried Tylea near a bridge. Botello led police to the grave after she confessed to her role in her daughter’s death. Beard, who was already in jail for marijuana possession and speeding was charged with capital murder. Botello, who helped her boyfriend dig her own daughter's grave, has not been charged with a crime. Alexis faces charges of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and injury to a child.
