I regularly critique these reports, highlighting the obvious omissions, vague or euphemistic language, or logical gaps in the way they are written. Welcome to the Abuse Angels website
The Abuse Angel's website was inspired by the loss my son Phabin Phillip Lucero whom was a child abuse victim. I made this site to remember all the children who have become Angels too soon because of child abuse. Here you can read their tragic stories and see how the DHS failed many of these childen. Failed to protect them, failed to keep them safe and failed to keep them alive. This was made not only to remember children, but to let their families/loved ones know that they are not alone, and that their little angels will always be loved and remembered.
I hope that by sharing Phabin's story as well as the other victims like him, we can help to in the fight against child abuse together and raise awreness.
