Nevaeh was born three weeks premature and was nine days old when she was rushed to Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, bleeding from her nose and mouth and with trauma to her rectum indicating that she was sexually assaulted. She died about 24 hours later due to massive blood loss resulting from the anal rape complicated with a case of blood poisoning, which was also due to the rape. Nevaeh's father, Christopher Richardson is behind bars for beating up Nevaeh’s mother on the way to the hospital. He is being charged with the incident with the mother on the way to the hospital. This will be his third domestic violence charge. Plus he was on probation for a drug charge.

 

On May 2, 2008, Detroit judges once again threw out the charges against Christopher Ryan Richardson for the brutal death of his infant daughter. He was sentenced to six months in jail for domestic violence, claiming he beat the crap of the baby’s mother when he came home and found the baby dead on her chest. The baby was bleeding from her mouth and her diapers were soaked with blood.
