An illegal immigrant and former boxer from Guatemala visited the U.S. years ago and just decided to stay, killed four year old Jason Ramirez. On October 2nd police say they received two separate 911 calls. “One was from the mom’s boyfriend, Ever Alexander Lopez-Calidonio and the other was from a neighbor who saw Lopez Calidonio hitting the boy,” Jason was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Jason Ramirez was found lying on the pavement of an apartment parking lot. Lopez-Calidonio told police Jason appeared sad and sleepy, that he collapsed and stopped breathing. But a neighbor was quoted as saying he felt Lopez-Calidonio “was assaulting the youngster". Ever changed his story, he said that he had not pushed or hit Jason in any way at all and he said that he had not been witness to any falls he might have taken. Ever said that Jason had fallen off of the bed, though he changed the time frame on that supposed incident a couple of times.Jason had suffered  an extensive list of injuries including fractured ribs, hemorrhages to his kidney and a lacerated liver. An autopsy also revealed large amounts of blood in the abdominal cavity as well as an additional skull hemorrhage. Jason's injuries had been caused by blunt force trauma.

 

Jason's mother, Angelica Reyes, told police her son seemed fine when he went to bed the previous evening and denied that Ever was abusing her son. She later admitted her son was injured after being spanked by her boyfriend. Apparently, Angelica is another mother who put her boyfriend before her child. Another family member also confirmed Jason suffered injuries at the hands of Lopez-Calidonio and even took pictures dating back to August 2nd! If family members knew of the abuse, why the hell did they allow it to continue?!?!? ALL who knew failed to protect Jason!
