Heaven Octavia Woods
An autopsy revealed Heaven suffered long term physical abuse before she died. She had a broken arm and five broken ribs in different stages of healing. Heaven died from blunt-force trauma to the abdomen and extreme blood loss that pooled in Heaven's stomach.
