On November 25, 2012 Camilia Terry reported her son Emilliano missing after he had vanished from the park.  After further questioning, authorities began to doubt her story.

 

Emilliano’s body was found in a landfill, wrapped in garbage bags and a shopping bag from a children’s clothing store. His body was disfigured in the compacted trash and was also decomposed. Results from the autopsy show Emilliano suffered from blunt force trauma to his head, torso and legs and arms. Terry was arrested after Emilliano’s body was discovered.

 

Terry was held behind bars on $2 million bond. She was also ordered to have no contact with her two other children. Camilia Terry was sentenced to 30 years to life.
